When you open the 'Views' tab in 'Options' you can see that (in default Theme) that the bottom of the screen is not visible. (And no scrollbar to the rescue).

While using the default Theme there is no real problem becausae you can still access all options but when using a theme like 'Noia 2.0 Extreme' the option 'Previous weeks to show' is not visible

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the options for Lightning
2. Open tab Views

Actual Results:  
Last options not/hardly visible

Expected Results:  
Show all options or have scrollbar available
