The first line of console output from a debug build is: WARNING: NS_ENSURE_TRUE(compMgr) failed: file nsComponentManagerUtils.cpp, line 90 Emitting a warning as the very first thing on startup makes me sad.
Oh, bah, probably a dupe of bug 386748. I searched wrong. :(
