File menu, menu items jump around when opening and closing the "File" menu.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Launch a recent build of Gran Paradiso
2. Click "File" to open the menu dropdown
3. Move mouse over "Edit" to open the edit menu dropdown and then move back to File. Observe that the accelerator key shortcuts move from left to right as shown in the two screen shots.
Actual Results:
Observe that the accelerator key shortcuts move from left to right as shown in the two screen shots.
Expected Results:
The accelerator key shortcuts should be static and shouldn't move.
