The qabld key is now installed, still waiting on CVS account activation for the key.

I've turned off the buildbot master until the CVS account is activated. It's just generating noise right now.

Is there a bug for that somewhere? Or was that implying we should create it from here?

I've turned the master back on. Mac and Linux seem to be building fine, but I need to figure out where the keys are supposed to live on WinXP and install the utilities on the new Win2K3 box.
