tooltips for static items checked in. need to add tooltips for rdf items.
When this bug is fixed then reminder to MailNews QA to check scenarios in bug# 39517.

Using build 2000-06-20-08M17 I noticed the following: - Linux: Taskbar tooltips are appearing except for the AIM icon. - WinNT and Mac: All Taskbar tooltips are flashing quickly except: - The tooltip for "Mozilla" is working as expected - The tooltip for the AIM icon never appears
nbaka - seems like AIm problems, those should not be in bugzilla, but rather bugscape.
Yikes, thanks for the AIM icon reminder. Using Build 2000-06-21-08M17: NT4, Linux 6.0, Mac 9.04 Tooltips are appearing as expected in this build for all taskbar icons using Mail and the Browser (except for the AIM icon which will be logged in Bugscape)
Tooltips for icons are out for nsbeta2 on seamonkey AIM. Will track Aim tooltip issues separately on bugscape # 485.
