411269 - Duplicate folder when dragging and dropping a default folder on the bookmark sidebar

When i create a separator and try to drag and drop a default folder ("Bookmarks Menu", "Bookmarks Toolbar" or "Unfiled Bookmarks") to sort the folders, I'm getting a duplicate folder and can't remove it.

After that, when i try to drag and drop this is the result;

Also neither the default folder nor those folders can be removed.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Drag and drop "Bookmarks Menu", "Bookmarks Toolbar" or "Unfiled Bookmarks" elsewhere on the bookmarks sidebar.
Actual Results:  
The default folders duplicated.

Expected Results:  
The defaults folder had to be sorted upon dragging and dropping.
