this has been bumped to 3.0b5pre -- so he must have been working on it. contacting him again...

I am working on all of them as we speak.  I hope to have all of my
themes up and running without any issues by the time Firefox 3 is
scheduled to be officially released early next month.  Stay tuned.

Firefox: 3.0b1 – 3.0.*

It's a shotty version of the full payware version he's now pushing, but nonetheless it is currently available for Firefox 3.
