Steps to Reproduce:
1.Go to URL
2.Select a programme e.g. Artificial Intelligence BSc
3.Select Syllabus
4.Mouse over any of the boxes, you will see lines appearing, when you focus elsewhere they should disappear but they do no clear properly and remain on screen. The lines do disappear only when another set of lines are drawn which are close by.


Expected Results:  
The lines should disappear when you mouse focus outside the box, or to another box.

This problem has started to occur in Firefox 3 beta and was running as expected in Firefox 2.

The program is written in Dojo and dynamically creates a SVG diagram.
