This is a clone of Polish Bug 411728 for adding suggestions support to Slovak Wikipedia seach plugin.

add suggestions support and update searchform url
To get full compat, we should:
- change the ShortName to "Wikipédia (Slovenčina)"
- remove the fulltext Param
- change the sourceid to "Mozilla-search"
and the SearchForm to "http://sk.wikipedia.org/wiki/%C5%A0peci%C3%A1lne:Search".
