412120 - Add nb-NO to all-locales for suite

Please add "nb-NO" (norwegian bokmål) to all-locales for suite.

All strings should be close to 100% translated. Help pages are not translated yet. Compare-locales.pl reports no errors.

From what I see in http://mxr.mozilla.org/l10n/source/nb-NO/suite/searchplugins/
you have a copies of all the default search engine plugins in your locale dir,
but as I posted, you shouldn't have those, just keep them in list.txt but
delete the search plugin files, you will automatically pick up the files from
the original version.

nb-NO added to suite/locales/all-locales - SeaMonkey tinderboxen will start to
report on http://tinderbox.mozilla.org/showbuilds.cgi?tree=Mozilla-l10n-nb-NO
from now on and produce nightlies that are put into
http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/seamonkey/nightly/latest-trunk/

Note that open dependencies of bug 286110 will still cause known errors in
those builds, namely in password manager, download manager and windows
integration (strings for those still end up in en-US.jar instead of be.jar
until those old components get replaced with new ones).
