  win32 commercial seamonkey build 00060109-m16 installed on P200, Winnt 4.0 sp6
  win98 commercial seamonkey build 00060109-m16 installed on P400, Win98

Overview Description: 
 When I create a new seamonkey profile set for IMAP, I expect the default 
location for the Sent, Drafts, and Templates be located on the server.  On win98 
and winnt, it puts it in the Local Folder.  In Win and Mac Communicator 4.x, 
when the user created a profile and selected IMAP as their default mail type, we 
automatically set the reserve folders to be located on the server.

 On Mac seamonkey, it does the right thing.  On Linux, I haven't been able to 
create a new profile and get it to launch.

Steps to Reproduce: 
0) Delete my previous 5.0 profile
1) Install latest seamonkey build
   The profile manager should appear when the app launches
2) Click on the Create profile button 
3) Click on the next button
4) Type in a profile name
5) Click on the Finish button
   The navigator browser windows appears
6) Select the Task menu and choose the Mail option
   The Messenger windows appears
   Then the Mail wizard launches (it's slow so wait a bit)
7) Follow the wizard and enter in your mail info.
   Be sure to select IMAP as the default mail type.
8) Once you completed the wizard, select the Edit menu and choose
   "Mail and News Account Setting".
9) Select the "Copies and Folders" category
   The default location for Sent folder, Templates folder, and Drafts folder is 
under the Local Folder.

Actual Results: 
 It select the default location for the reserve folders (Drafts, Sent, and 
Templates) on the local folder.

Expected Results: 
 It should be intelligent and set the default location to match my default mail 
server type.

Additional Builds and Platforms Tested On: 
 This problem occurs in yesterday Win32 build 2000-053109-m16 too.

the dup is #23625

in 4.x, mac and win32 behaved differently.
in 6.0, they will behave the same.

it would be ideal if the copies and folders prefs defaulted to the imap server.

but there is a work around (setting those prefs by hand.)  this may not get
fixed.
