Toggling from Calendar mode to Mail mode and back to Calendar doesn't preserve scroll offsets

Details
To reproduce:
1. Switch to calendar mode
2. Scroll calendar vertically so that the first visible timeslot is 9am for example
3. switch to mail mode by clicking on the icon in the bottom left
4. switch back to calendar
expected: to have the calendar show the scrolled view starting at 9am
actual: calendar view shows unscrolled view, with times starting at midnight

WFM using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.8.1.13pre)
Gecko/20080212 Lightning/0.8pre (2008021219) Thunderbird/2.0.0.13pre.
Can anybody with a Mac confirm this bug?

WFM on Mac on current trunk builds; bug 412663 is about the startup/default scroll position.
