A dialog to do so could be shown when the extension is first installed and/or in the calendar wizard (see also bug 378873).

This patch is post-0.8 since it contains strings, review can be delayed. It adds a dialog that fires on startup and checks for calendars that can be migrated. The only open question I have, is if its reasonable to wait a second before showing the wizard. On my machine this makes the views look nice before the dialog is shown, but I can imagine this is not the case on other machines.
