if in a signed message's signed attributes, there is with OID 1.2.840.113549.1.9.16.2.11 (id-aa-encrypKeyPref) and in the certificate list the corresponding certificate path is found, offer to import into the "other people" tab and if the root is not trusted provide some instructions/buttons how to do so.

only imported if the encryption root cert is already trusted and not only the email in the CN, but also the altName(rfc822)

either import automatically if all is fine or offer to trust the root cert and if so, import
