Setup IMAP SSL with self-signed certificate doesn't allow to permanent import or at least allow user to choose option to accept or not.
Unless the certificate manually imported then edit as trusted, the dialog used to be in 2.0.0.x doesn't seems to appear.
Reproducible: Always
Actual Results:
Error pop-up:
<servername>:993 uses an invalid security certificate.
The certificate does not come from a trusted source.
(Error code: sec_error_untrusted_cert)
Expected Results:
Ask for confirmation to accept temporary, permanent, or reject.

See bug 399174 comment 3 for the workaround - ssl policy is stricter in ff3/tb3.

We killed those dialogs on purpose, but the replacement UI in Account Setup is not yet written.

"wontfix" is wrong, sorry. We do want people to be able to access servers with common cert errors, we're just going to use a different UI.
