415184 - Implement "[number of] reviews" hyperlink

Tracker bug to implement (and to ensure it's tested) the "[number of] reviews" hyperlink that appears just to the right of the add-on's rating stars.

This depends on bug 408680.

Template is updated, and this should be fixed.  Values will all be blank until we run the update script on the db.  The "[number of] reviews" is not a hyperlink in the template, but it could easily be one.  User can click on the add-on name or picture to get to a more detailed view, so don't know how important it is.

Will leave this open until bug 408680 is pushed, but that's also checked in.

In some locales (among them german), the number is not displayed - it only says "reviews". Is this intenional?
