I've noticed that item sorting in unifinder doesn't work very well. Not sure how it can be reproduce. What I do is:
1)Sort by start date
2)Set filter to Currently Selected Day
3)Work on Lightning, add some new events, tasks, restart calendar, etc
4)Select filter to All events

As a result I get something like on the screenshot. The items are unsorted.

This strikes me as dataloss, under the 0.1 definition of the term. Imagine I'm looking for everything I have to do this week. I sort the unifinder by start dates and look at everything in the group of start-dates this week. I'll completely miss the improperly sorted meeting happening this week, because it's 3 pages down the list.

Also, I saw this in Sunbird when testing performance of the unifinder. It's a regression there.

One of the issues is probably Bug 415956. The other issue I saw sporadically was that after editing an event it was shown in last position in the unifinder and not in correct sort position.
Depends on: 415956
We should wait for the checkin of bf the patch in bug 415956 and see whether it fixes this bug as well.
I think the bug is now fixed with the patch
Marking FIXED. Please verify using the STR from the description of the bug.
