jittering of details when click "more"
30.64 KB, image/png
(see image) When the user clicks on "More," and the extra information fills in, because the label "Description" is longer than the previous longest label ("Location"), the entire block of content shifts to the right. Because everything moves, it's hard to immediately see that more content has been added to what was already there -- instead, it seems like the entire contents have been replaced, which takes a little longer to understand.
Madhava, are you still able to reproduce this issue? I cannot see it on OS X 10.5.4.
Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h". In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows: Tools | Message Filters Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New" Conditions: Body contains places-to-b-and-h Change the action to "Delete Message". Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top. Click OK. Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter. Gerv
