When a l;arge image is loaded incrementally, it has empty stripes all over it. Basically, it is displayed as seen through venetian blinds.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a page containing some large images
2.
3.
Actual Results:  
The images is loaded incrementally, but displays only in horizontal stripes with irregular height (in other words, there are gaps in the image). 

Expected Results:  
It should be loaded top from bottom in a continuous way.

If I reload the page *after* it was fully loaded the images are displayed in whole, but I have to hit reload.

We need a reliable testcase so that we can confirm this.

This regressed sometime after 2008-02-01. Without narrowing further, I think it's pretty safe to assume that this was caused by bug 414685.

I don't see this on my new OS X 10.5 Intel Mac, so this might be 10.4-only (or PowerPC-only).
