Summary: Focus ring on click causes scrollbars to appear in lightbox, due to reflow

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Load https://remora-reskin.stage.mozilla.com/en-US/firefox/addon/3860 as an example
2. Click on either of its preview images
3. Click the "Close X" button

Expected Results:

No scrollbars appear

Actual Results:

Scrollbars appear

roc had a suggestion in #developers, but I forgot what it was, and lost scrollbar/logs; btw, this affects both Minefield and Firefox 2.0.0.x product versions

use overflow:hidden instead of overflow:auto.

Verified FIXED using Firefox 2/3, and I even checked in IE 6.
