Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Remove the search bar from the toolbar. 2. Go to a Web page offering a search engine (https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/, for example). 3. Add the search bar to the toolbar. Actual Results: The search bar does not advertise the offered search engine, not even in the drop down list. Expected Results: The search bar should advertise that a search engine is offered (changing its color, and adding an item to its drop down list).

I've just tested this in the latest nightly (69a1) and it is working now. Hence, WFM.
