In any standard FTP listing, and the mail/news system, the column headings are
not resizable. This could possibly be a problem with the layout engine for
columned output
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open an FTP url
2.Move mouse to top of Column, where two columns converge (Resizing point). You
get a resizing arrow at this point
3.Attempt to click-drag the columns to varying sizes. This fails.
Actual Results: Nothing
Expected Results: Column should resize
Non-crashing bug. No output available for this bug.

The mail/news issue is bug 41574, updating summary so that this only covers FTP
(which I couldn't find reported previously). -> XPToolkit, with dependency on
tracking bug 12665
