After the upgrade to Firefox 3.03 beta (week of 2/11/2008), upon initial launch of application, the autofill feature for the URL address is now finding four (4) matches (as soon as I begin to type "www.".    My preferences are set for "Clear Private Data (upon exit)", with all fields checked except for "Saved Passwords".   The 4 website matches are obscure websites (including a Google search and a Microsoft Technet search), which I have not used in months.    In previous 3.x beta versions, the autofill feature did not match until I had been to websites.    Also unusual is that the websites are rated (each 1 star), which I know I never did.  I attempted to search for "old" cache files which might have remained from previous versions, but I was unsuccessful.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Execute / launch Firefox 3.03 beta application.
2. Enter "www." into Location Bar and autofill matches are presented.

Actual Results:  
Autofill presents a drop down selection of 4 websites, even after "Clear Private Data" is executed (both manually and automatically, upon exiting application).

Expected Results:  
No autofill drop down should be present, until after entering URL / URLs into Location bar.

Also bookmarks are displayed in the URL bar autocomplete dropdown, not only history. They won't be deleted after clearing private data.

I wanted to confirm the same problem in 3.0 beta5. My address bar items are still cached after closing or even manually invoking "clear private data".

I am experiencing the same problem and want to know if there is currently any way to remove address that auto-fill after a clear data action.
