Until bug 41984 is fixed, we don't have the page title. This is a placeholder bug
to use window.title on likne 321 of navigatorDD.js when that other bug is fixed.

pinkerton, could you look and see if 41985 is the same as this one, or if they
are related? there is not much description in this bug, so I cant tell.

Looks like it to me. Marking WFM, based on 2001090403 (I know it's a little
old) on Win2K.
