42003 - Can cause caret to flash in multiple textboxes at once

This probably isn't really a preferences issue so much as a editor/focus issue.

Steps to Reproduce:

(1) Open Preferences
(2) Expand Advanced
(3) Click Proxies
[check "Direct connection to the Internet" if not already checked]
(4) Click on the disabled textfield next to FTP Proxy
(5) Click on the disabled textfield next to HTTP Proxy
(6) Click on the disabled textfield next to SSL Proxy
(7) Click on the disabled textfield next to No Proxy for
(8) Click the "Manual proxy connection" radio button

Actual Result: all four textboxes have a flashing caret, but neither textfield 
really seems to have the focus (since keystrokes don't go to any of them)

Expected Result: prior clicking on the disabled textfields shouldn't have had 
any effect; focus should have been given only to the textfield next to "FTP 
Proxy" when "Manual proxy configuration" was clicked.

Additional Information:
Of course, you don't have to click those textfields in that order, and you 
don't even have to click all of them.  For example, clicking two random ones 
will cause the caret to flash in only those two textfields upon following the 
steps above.
