fix interface comment

bug 420770 comment 8 points out that I misspelled the interface name, the comment should say nsIURI not nsIURL (what a difference a letter makes).

Sorry, but i don't get the point of
- having a field named fileURL
- which in fact returns an nsIURI
- which everyone then QIs into an nsIURL again...
