42126 - Unable to view Frame Source

Using build 2000060820 on Windoze 98 SE, I am unable to view the Frame Source
for a webpage in a frame.  When viewing a site using frames, I right click and
select View Page Source.  This brings up the source window and shows the main
frameset source like it should.  But if I right-click and select View Frame
Source for a given frame, nothing happens.  No window is created and the frame
source is never displayed.  Its as if that menu event is ignored/missed.

The browser is fine afterwards.  No crash or anything.

This is 100% reproducable.

Fix was checked in at 16:49 06/09/00 should show up on the next nightly build

Sorry about the dupe!  I messed up my bugzilla query when searching for Frame
Source before I opened this (forgot to include all Status types so I only
searched open bugs) Whoops!
