With the patch on bug 416225 the "Unfiled Bookmarks" folder was renamed to "Unsorted Bookmarks". This change only takes effect for new profiles or when places.sqlite is deleted.

Even beltzner said in bug 416225 comment 31 that this one wouldn't be a blocker I will ask for. From a QA point of view it will be hard to remember each small nit current beta users will run into. Please remember that there are already over 500.000 people who are using the latest beta3. Perhaps a lot of them are using Firefox 3 with their daily profile and wont be udpdated.

This will not block the final release of Firefox 3.

I don't think it's necessary at this point, assuming that beta testers read release notes and know they should do a clean install whenever Firefox 3 is released. 

If there are lots of people asking about this in the forum once we've released Fx3, we should consider adding a note, though.

Bug 451915 - move Firefox/Places bugs to Firefox/Bookmarks and History. Remove all bugspam from this move by filtering for the string "places-to-b-and-h".

In Thunderbird 3.0b, you do that as follows:
Tools | Message Filters
Make sure the correct account is selected. Click "New"
Conditions: Body   contains   places-to-b-and-h
Change the action to "Delete Message".
Select "Manually Run" from the dropdown at the top.
Click OK.

Select the filter in the list, make sure "Inbox" is selected at the bottom, and click "Run Now". This should delete all the bugspam. You can then delete the filter.
