Back button doesn't function correctly in Frames

Details
At the above site, browse at least 1 frame in (click any link, basically), and
then hit "Back". It doesn't go back to the last page in the last frame, it goes
to the site you were at before you loaded the page. Sorta a global back button,
if you catch what I mean.
