"close" button should be used in about dialog, since "ok" indicates changes to save within.

This behavior matches e.g. Firefox (where as an example the Preferences window has a Close button even though it modifies parameters).
Prism should closely follow the Firefox HIG for things like this.
I'd say this is WONTFIX.
