Details
- should be about malware protection
- should include information about how it works in Firefox 3
- should have a section at the bottom (hidden? shown only if UA is right) about how it works in Firefox 2
Alternatives:
- keep existing content at /phishing-protection and add new /malware-protection page
- do some sort of UA-based redirect to the appropriate content (ie: index.html, index-fx2.html)

Hrm - this bug was duped by bug 432458 which has since been resolved and QA'd.
