Details

** Observed with 6/12/2000 Win32 build **

I noticed this while verifying the IMAP Language
Extension implementation.
Depending on what language an IMAP error msg is sent, we see
a square box, 1/8th musical note, etc. at the end of the
error msg sent from the server.

To see this problem, on any IMAP server, just create
a new folder which already exists. You will get an error
msg returned from the server and then this symbol at the
end.

I've seen this before and while I can't remember the exact bug number,
it had to do with buffer overrun/corrupted buffer.
mscott says that there is a duplicate bug filed earlier.
A bug number?
i haven't found the bug number yet. We aren't stripping the CRLF off of the
alert dialog before we convert it to unicode. That's what you are seeing.
nsbeta3, M18....i'll try to find the bug later on, I think Karen filed it.
