Most websites do not perform equally well in all resolutions (mine's 1680x1050), and usually I need to increase font size to make them readable. However in Prism the usual shortcuts don't work (Ctrl +). Is it possible to enable them? And would it perhaps be viable to save this preference so that Prism would start this app always in the same size?

CTRL +, CTRL - and CTRL 0 are now hooked up via a separate bug. Marking this one a dupe.
