Those links just redirects to http://browser.netscape.com/. I vote for just removing them.

Attachment: Remove links

So, this just remove the links. I think we should link to as few external sites as possible (perhaps just to mozilla.org sites), because there's always a question about reliability of the content and whether the site will be accessible in the future.
