Summary: Need distinct TITLE attribute for subcategories in "Current"-category titletips
Chris mentioned that this will require a new l10n string, so this should be deferred until post-3.2 happiness :-)
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load https://preview.addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:1/cat:1?sort=popular
2. Mouse over "Extensions" and "Feeds, News and Blogging", noticing the titletips
Actual Results:
Both title tips say "Current Category"
Expected Results:
The subcategory, which in this case is "Feeds, News and Blogging" should say "Current Subcategory", at least.

Now I may be wrong, but as we don't have the whole distinction between extensions and their sub-categories anymore for a while now, this is fixed.
Please reopen if you disagree!
