425341 - Add additional locales to product-details

Similar to bug 422636 comment #13, we have a bunch of new locales that have dictionaries and/or language packs on AMO (https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/browse/type:3).  In order to render the page correctly, we're going to have to add them to product-details.  A list will follow once I'm less sleepy.

From the new dictionary page, we need hi, mg, ta-IN, ta-LK, te, and wo.  I've emailed the authors of the dictionaries to ask how to write the locales in their native languages.

From bug 362471:
  eo-eo :   We've already got eo.  Do we need eo-eo?
  hr    :   Got it.
  hsb   :   Got it.
  is    :   Got it. 
  lv-lv :   We've already got lv.  Do we need lv-lv?

Also need to add es-MX from bug 386780.

I've got info for es-MX and ta-LK.  I can try to piece together info from wikipedia about how to write the other locales, but I'd rather have someone who speaks the language verify.  Does anyone know how to write these strings in their native languages:

Hindi
Malagasy
Tamil (India)
Telugu
Wolof

I've asked the person who localized "Sri Lanka" if they could do "India" as well.  In the mean time it just says "(India)"

These are apparently the same in their native languages according to wikipedia.

I haven't heard a response from comment #4 so I'm not going to add them.  Let me know if that changes.
