If you click on URL in a mail message, it loads the URL in the mail message
window. Shouldn't it load a new browser window with that page or load that page
in an existing browser window?

Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Click on a URL in an e-mail
2.
3.

Actual Results:  Loads page in e-mail window.

Expected Results:  Open page in new browser window or existing browser window.

This is a bug that mscott fixed for the M17 trunk builds, but not the M16 branch 
builds.  It doesn't happen all the time - this bug occurs in a particular case. 
I'll find that bug number tomorrow.
