I followed the new method of localizing extension descriptions mentioned in:
http://developer.mozilla.org/en/docs/Localizing_extension_descriptions
But it seems the localized descriptions in Chinese and Japanese will result in garbage characters.
Tested in:
Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; zh-TW; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008033105 Minefield/3.0pre
I got the same result when using the en-US trunk build + QuickLocaleSwitcher.
