http://mxr.mozilla.org/seamonkey/source/toolkit/themes/pinstripe/global/plugins.css only exists on pinstripe and it's slightly different from the standard plugins.css But it's not hooked up http://bonsai.mozilla.org/cvsblame.cgi?file=mozilla/themes/classic/jar.mn&rev=1.169&mark=187#187 In fact, all platforms still use empty-file for the skin plugins.css. chrome://global/skin/plugins.css But some reason it doesn't even load the empty file on windows... ?
