Firefox uses Mac OS's "Full Keyboard Access" setting, which by default skips drop downs. The article should be about how to change that setting. Users could also change accessibility.tabfocus per http://kb.mozillazine.org/Accessibility.tabfocus
Had some time to knock this out: http://support.mozilla.com/en-US/kb/Buttons+and+drop-down+menus+skipped+when+tabbing Notes: * I commented out a table of values and what they select. If that's more clear, we can do that. * Until Bug 341849 is fixed, the even values do the same thing as the next odd value. There's a table for when that gets fixed commented out, too. cc'd myself to that.

Moved to KB at: Thu 03 of Apr, 2008 23:06 EST Review for KB: - fixed typos - replaced "moves through links and form elements (including text boxes, buttons, check boxes, and radio buttons)" with "moves through web page elements" - removed "OS X" (Firefox isn't available for any other Mac OS series.) - put "In the location bar" at beginning of sentence. (Tell them where to look, then tell them what to do, once they've found it.) I'll create content block for about:config instructions, which includes the Fx3 warning page. - removed alternate values Any further discussion about this article should take place on the staging copy: <http://support.mozilla.com/kb/*Pressing+Tab+key+does+not+select+menus+or+buttons>.
