Pasting RTF or HTML formated text in Plain Text Mode, pastes formated text rather than plain text.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Paste any formated text in plain text mode.
Actual Results:
Pastes formated text.

Expected Results:
Only plain text should be read from the clippboard on inserting text when in plain text mode.

Redesign for Register cards, where each shows a different format (RTF/HTML/Plain) or an attachment (views the file if possible). Dependand on the choosen edit mode, specific register cards SHOULD be hidden or disabled.

If the user edits plain text, only the plain text register card is available, which MAY NOT use an RTF field.

As it's showing such formatted text, you are in html compose, although the formatting toolbar appears to have been hidden. Options -> Format is what is used as the format for sending; the menu item should be labelled better. There is at the moment no way to change from html to plaintext compose or back; you can however invert the compose format pref when starting compose by by holding shift when clicking on the compose/reply/forward button.
