Gives the message "Blocked: download may contain a virus or spyware" when attempting to download exe files. Does not provide any indication on how to override, nor is such ability obvious in preferences dialog.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to Winamp Site
2. Download plugin
3. (Profit?)
Actual Results:  
Download denied

Expected Results:  
An option to indicate "Hey, I'm not a tard. I know what I'm doing."
