I just upgraded from ff 3 beta 4 to beta 5 and now my toolbar has multiple back/forward buttons (two sets of them, to be exact).
Here is a screenshot:

Notice the two sets of back/forward buttons.

Steps to Reproduce:
Open firefox 3 beta 5 on Linux!
