The new calendar creation wizard can easily be set into a state where it is quite blocked. The behaviour is quite counter-intuitive. Details see below...

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the calendar creation wizard.
2. Choose "Remote"/"In the network" (?) and click on "Next".
3. Enter some invalid URL and click on "Back".
4. Try to click on "Next" again.
Actual Results:  
The "Next" button is disabled.

Expected Results:  
Should be enabled.

Attachment: Makes the checkURL() only being executed on the location page

The URI only needs to be checked on the page where it is actually entered. When it is not checked on other pages where it doesn't even appear, the check can't block these pages.

Changing severity to major hoping to increade probability to make in into 0.8 (although I doubt that it's not to late)...
