427356 - Upgrading to 3.0b5 caused an unsupported theme (Proto) to corrupt the toolbar

After upgrading to 3.0b5 one of the installed theme (Proto) is recognized as unsupported, but even if FF should fall back to the default theme, the toolbar is corrupted, in particular showing 5 (five) back/forward buttons on after the other on the left of the 'Reload' button.
 

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Install the Proto theme with FF 3.0b4
2.Upgrade to FF 3.0b5
