Steps to Reproduce:
I haven't closed my browser after this happened in case that would fix it, but will let you know if it does. New windows have the same problem; I have no idea how it happened, I just noticed it after browsing for a while.
I just tried to see if it would fix itself on browser restart, but nothing different.
Oh, and the one on the right, the forward/back function works, but not the drop-down arrow.
