This started with one of the later builds.  Right click on a button on the bookmarks toolbar, nothing happens.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable bookmarks toolbar
2.Move mouse pointer over one of the bookmarks
3.Right click
Actual Results:  
No action menu is displayed

Expected Results:  
Action menu should be displayed
Status: UNCONFIRMED → RESOLVED
