Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1.Open Tools->Options->Display->Formatting 2. 3. Actual Results: "Fonts & Encoding" is mostly hidden and inacessible. The window is NOT resizable nor scrollable.
Fixed in Thunderbird 3.
