Seen using Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9pre) Gecko/2008040805 Minefield/3.0pre.
STR:
1. Load a page with an RSS feed.
2. Select the RSS icon in the location bar.
3. Subscribe to the feed using Live Bookmarks
4. When you get the Add Live Bookmark dialog, click "Add"
On both Win XP I see a slight delay or hesitation after I select the "Add" button. It takes much longer for the response than when I compare it to mac, where the feed is added instantly. Sometimes the hesitation is bad enough that I think the key is not doing anything, and today I ended up with ~10 duplicate feeds from the NY times site.

Here is a screenshot I grabbed on Vista. Note the number of duplicate entries for The Lede feed - I definitely did not hit the key enough times to create that many duplicate feeds, so not sure what is going on here.
