When I am in Lightning, the quit option on the thunderbird menu doesn't work nor does preferences. If I click back onto mail they once again work.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start TB 2.0.0.12
2. Select Calendar (bottom left of screen)
3. Select quit from the Thunderbird menu (nothing happens)
4. select Mail (bottom left of screen)
5. select quit from the Thunderbird menu (application quits)
Actual Results:
as mentioned, also doesn't quit if in tasks
Expected Results:
Should quit whether you are in calendar of mail.
Also preferences on same menu behaves the same.
